Out & About in Puerto Rico: Other than visiting the great beaches of Puerto Rico, one of my favorite things to do is to go hiking in El Yunque and cool off in one of the many waterfalls this rainforest has to offer. For a different and unforgettable experience you can also go hang gliding through the rainforest.

Where to shop: Puerto Rico is a shopaholic's dream destination. With unique souvenirs, fine local fashion designers, high-quality jewelry, all your favorite brand names, and even some excellent art, this island has got plenty to offer you. My favorite places to visit are the many shops in Old San Juan, as well as in Plaza Las Americas, The Prime Outlets in Barceloneta and lastly The Outlet in Canovanas. The best tourist area in Puerto Rico is also home to some of its best shopping.

What to see in PR: The Museo del Arte  is one of those places that fills your senses with the life and culture of our island. With everything from international collections dating back to colonial times, to events showcasing contemporary visual and musical artists, beautiful gardens filled with native flora, this museum takes you on a magical trip through the arts and history of our enchanting island.

Where to eatWhat I love about Puerto Rico is that it is a foodie’s paradise!  We have a wide range of cuisine to choose. From the local criollo food at Café Pierre to Italian fresh pastas at Nonna’s; from homemade argentian food at Agarrate Catalina or puertorrican grown coffee at Hacienda San Pedro café; from tandoori chicken at Mumbai to sushi at Silk, your taste buds will delight in the culinary experience.
