We stayed at the Doubletree June 30 - July 3, 2012... it was our 3rd stay at the hotel over the past couple years. We were in San Juan for our mom's funeral which was very stressful to say the least....

Stayed twice at this hotel. Second time very disaapointing, but with the initiative and help of Duty Manager Miguel, issues with the garden view room amicably resolved. Will stay again, but only because of the industrious manner in which complaint was dealt with.
