10 Years of Outstanding Service

In 2018, The DoubleTree by Hilton™ San Juan Hotel celebrated its 10th anniversary. During its ten years of continuous outstanding service, the hotel has distinguished itself for its exceptional quality standards and the caring customer service that they provide to all of their guests. Throughout these past ten years, the DoubleTree by Hilton San Juan team has been recognized with various awards and recognitions, highlighting their commitment to the delivery of exceptional guest experiences. Their consistency and continuous innovation in providing the highest standards of service, has positioned them as one of the best hotels in Puerto Rico.

2018 – Loved by Guests awards,™. Loved by Guests awards are based on verified guest reviews and recognize fantastic work in delivering exceptional levels of guest service.

2017 – Certificate of Excellence from TripAdvisor. Recognized for receiving consistently great reviews

2015 to 2017 – WellHotel as recognized by the Medical Tourism Association for demonstrating excellence in WellHotel Training and Certification.

2016 – TripAdvisor’s “Hall of Fame.” The DoubleTree by Hilton™ San Juan was accepted in TripAdvisor's Hall of fame for maintaining excellence qualifications amongst its travelers for 5 consecutive years, from 2010 to 2015.

2016 – Recognized as “Best of the Best” by Chris Naylor, Vice-President of Brand Standards and Quality Assurance for Hilton Worldwide for consistently obtaining outstanding qualifications.

2012 – Travelers Choice Award from TripAdvisor. “Selected as Travelers’ Choice Award indicates a property is among the best in the world,” says TripAdvisor spokesperson Kevin Carter.

2012 and 2013 – Pride Award by DoubleTree by Hilton™. This award is given to the top ten hotels for excellence and outstanding commitment to our guests, our fellow Team Members, and the community.

2011 and 2012 – Expedia Insiders Select Award. Chosen by Expedia customers as one of the top 500 hotels worldwide.

2008 to 2017 –  The hotel has been recognized and congratulated by PRTC division of Touristic Quality and Education Affairs for consecutively maintaining outstanding inspection scores of 91% and higher.

2008 to 2017 – The hotel has been recognized by Hilton Worldwide for its Excellence in Quality and has maintained 13 consecutive Outstanding Quality Assurance Evaluations.

2008 – Awarded Puerto Rico Super Host and Facility Inspection by PRTC.

The DoubleTree by Hilton™ San Juan at Gallery Plaza won for the thirteenth consecutive time the qualifying mark of Outstanding for maintaining the highest standards of quality and consistent service, according to the prestigious hotel brand, announced Yodil Caban, general manager of the hotel.

Chris Naylor, vice president of Standard and Quality Assurance of Hilton Worldwide, said that "by its determination to excel, the hotel has proved capable of the highest levels of hospitality and service performance. With this new validation of Green Zone Outstanding, the DoubleTree by Hilton™ San Juan becomes Best of the Best of the Hilton chain worldwide ".
