The health of our guests and team members is our top priority. We can’t wait to welcome you, and want to share our safety protocols with you to enjoy your next vacation with complete peace of mind. Travel with ease to Puerto Rico - No passport needed and no hassle of COVID testing abroad since the island is a US territory

We are closely monitoring the Center for Disease Control and Prevention, the World Health Organization and local health authority’s statements regarding COVID-19, and following all guidelines.

CLEANING AND SAFETY PROTOCOLS

Strict social distancing protocols and our outstanding industry-defining standards for hotel cleanliness and disinfection are being implemented in every area of the hotel including Public Areas, Business Center, Fitness Center and Pool, as following: 

  • All areas, surfaces, and equipment are continuously cleaned and sanitized with EPA and FDA approved products.
  • Hand sanitizer dispensers are available near high touch areas.
  • Social distancing guidelines followed in all areas, including queues, elevators, seating arrangements, dining areas, and pool lounge chairs.
  • All Team Members will use proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as facemasks, and disposable gloves while cleaning.
  • PPE for guests will be available upon request.
  • Our new program Hilton CleanStay will deliver that peace of mind you deserve for your entire stay with enhanced cleaning at every step.

To protect the Health and Wellbeing of all our guests and team members we request that you please follow these recommendations: 

  • Use face masks covering mouth and nose while at hotel public areas
  • Our elevator etiquette is posted in all floor landings and lobby
  • Practice social distancing by staying at least 6 feet distance from other guests
  • Wash or sanitize your hands constantly. Sanitizing stations are conveniently located through our public areas and all elevator landings.
